Our condo at Dunes of Panama suffered lots of water damage during Hurricane Michael. We needed sheetrock repairs, paint, and new flooring throughout the condo. We had been referred to AJL Select from a friend as someone we could trust to get the work done quickly. We have heard horror stories regarding contractors around Bay County not showing up to get the work done. Since we live in Tennessee and could not be there to manage the project, we were nervous. Nonetheless, AJL Select exceeded our expectations and completed the project on time and under budget! Our condo was back up and rented before some people even had a chance to assess their condo for damage.
I bought a “fixer upper” home in the Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach. The home needed completely remodeled including new flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen, fencing, paint, and much more. Luckily AJL Select was able to manage the entire project and get it ready for sale within a short time period. They are a very knowledgeable and honest contractor on the beach, which can be difficult to find.
